• Added an Activate Macotate shortcut to show and focus the app, including in menu bar mode. Command-Q is now reserved for quitting.
• Improved saving when quitting, including Dedicated Canvas, desktop canvases and Quick Notes. If saving fails, Macotate stays open so you can retry.
• Improved canvas library recovery when a saved canvas is missing from the library index.
• Fixed toolbar clicks not activating Macotate in menu bar mode.
